What is AgriFlow?

AgriFlow is a grower management platform. It combines a digital grower registry, GPS-based cane survey with boundary mapping, tracking of advances and inputs, and satellite crop monitoring of every registered field — so agronomy, finance and operations work from one shared record instead of paper registers and separate spreadsheets.

Does the cane survey app work without an internet connection?

Yes. Field staff capture surveys entirely offline — walking the boundary, registering the grower and recording crop condition with no mobile signal. Everything queues on the phone and syncs automatically when a network is available, so villages with poor coverage are not a blocker.

How does satellite crop monitoring work for sugarcane?

Once a field boundary is approved it is monitored automatically from space through the season. Each satellite pass updates the field's condition — growth, health, nutrients, canopy moisture, waterlogging and harvest status — and the field is given a healthy, watch or stress verdict. No site visit is needed to get the reading.

Can it estimate cane acreage and detect harvested fields?

Yes. Boundaries walked in the field produce their own verified acreage rather than an estimate, and cut fields are identified automatically as the season closes, so harvest progress across the sourcing region is tracked without phone calls.

How long does it take to set up for a mill?

A rollout runs in four stages: migrating the existing grower register, mapping and approving boundaries, switching on monitoring for approved fields, and then working the flags. The first two stages depend on the size of your cane zone and the state of your current records.

Can AgriFlow integrate with our existing sugar mill ERP?

Yes. AgriFlow is designed to sit alongside the cane procurement, weighbridge and finance systems a mill already runs. Data can be exported or fed directly into your existing ERP and reporting tools rather than replacing them.
