Comsoft Corporation ("we", "us", "our") provides software and data services for agriculture, including the AgriFlow platform. Our registered office is in Windsor & Maidenhead, United Kingdom, and we operate from Punjab, Pakistan. 2. What this policy covers

This policy covers personal information we collect through this website and through direct contact with you — for example when you request a demo or email us.

It does not cover personal information held inside a client's AgriFlow account. Where a sugar mill or other organisation uses AgriFlow to manage its own grower records, that organisation determines how the data is used and is the controller of it. We process that data on their instructions, under a separate agreement with them.

3. Information we collect

• Information you give us. Your name, organisation, email address, role and anything you write in an enquiry or demo request form.
• Information from scheduling a call. If you book a call through our scheduling link, the scheduling provider collects your name, email address and chosen time and shares them with us.
• Technical information. Standard server and analytics information such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page.

4. How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demonstration.
• To provide and support our services under a contract with you or your organisation.
• To maintain the security and performance of this website.
• To comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

Our lawful bases are: your consent where you have given it, performance of a contract where one exists, our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and compliance with legal obligations.

5. Marketing

We do not sell your information and we do not display third-party advertising. If we contact you about our services, every message will include a way to stop receiving them. You can also ask us to stop at any time by emailing info@comsoftcorporation.com.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — for example email, hosting, scheduling and analytics providers — and only as far as needed for them to provide that service. We may also disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information to anyone.

7. International transfers

We operate from both the United Kingdom and Pakistan, so information may be accessed by our team in either country, and by service providers located elsewhere. Where information leaves the UK we take steps to ensure it remains protected to an equivalent standard, using approved safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

8. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and contact information for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we keep contract and accounting records for as long as the law requires. Where information is no longer needed we delete it or make it anonymous.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

10. Cookies

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including access controls, encryption in transit and restricted access to production systems. No system is completely secure, but we take our obligations here seriously — particularly given the nature of the agricultural data our clients entrust to us.

This website and our services are intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and any material change will be reflected here.
